My Hometown
I had intended this for a competition but I misread the forum lol oh well it was still a fun write, Enjoy :-)
Yanceyville? Where is that?
Just some small town you’ve never heard of, never been to, and probably never will visit
Populated with antiques, not just the places, but also the faces
This town of old country roads, and back roads, curvy roads filled with tractor road,
Dodging deer attacks every night roads, roads painted in summer with tobacco leaves,
Roads named after uncles, cousins and great grandparents
Just two stop lights in my town, you...

Blessing to Lesson
Finally putting down your guard
Finally disregarding your wall
Finally you open, and finally you flood
Never has anyone peeked into to your soul and read the secrets off your heart
Such a blessing…
Never has anyone had you daze off into daydream fantasies so hard
Mind too fixed for you to breathe, too lost in thought for you to think
Intoxicating blessing indeed
Professor heartbreak giving the best lectures
Reviving the hibernating passions of your flesh
Thinking your living in the discovery of a blessing

Upon my lips you placed the kiss
no ordinary kiss
An I love you kiss
An I need you kiss
An I crave you kiss
Your kiss breathed me air

Medicated by sex
I tried to numb that pain with sex.
Just thinking about sex that was not with me, slashed my wrists and made me bleed.
The fact that the entirety of your lovers was greater than mine was madness in my mind
It drove me to hate, drove me to participate, drove me to compete,
Drove me to be greater than you, to sex away the memories of you.
Knowing that I loved 1 and you loved 10 put fire in my veins
Which burned my skin, numb is all I felt all that was there to feel
This hardened my heart, which stole the love from my eyes and set my sights on surpassing you...

Kiss me in the dark, after dark
Hide with me under the midnight veil where no light could ever find us
Only lust within this unholy union, only comprehending the evil of sin
Dash with me in the gloomy night sky,
Where we can bask in the glory of our wicked actions
Our fatal attraction that neither of us dare tried to escape

Countless days have past since we began
our journey together which is why I wanted to address
a few various apprehensions that
I know have been dwelling in the
recesses of your mind and I feel
in your heart as well, do you remember….

I Reminisce
What I have is good what I have is great but oh how I reminisce…
I Remember it all but only when I’m all alone and I have the freedom to get lost in my memories, there you are as if your still laying in my bed as though I’m still holding you in my arms as if the sweetness of your kiss still lingers on my lips
The nights the days, your selfish and stubborn ways, uncompromising mentality and objective attitude so beautifully complicated how could I resist, how could I ever forget…
You still make it easy for me to smile as if we share mountains...

Love & Happiness...again
I thought I had reached a plateau and that there was no more room for love to grow, but I saw me through your eyes and suddenly new heights began to birth,
