POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
I do not compose the poems. They come to me on their own accord. I simply jot them down on paper.
A blooming flower
I wonder, I've always wondered...
If I killed myself now,
Then would people fall in love with me?
I would love to see my funeral
And see who would mourn,
Who would understand...
Life is seen best with open eyes
Opened by closed eyes...
And awakened by tears.
But now, who would understand?
The flower blooms when it withers
Most beautiful in that instant
And it lives rotting, but lives
As tears quench its thirst
For only true concern; love.
Beauty seen after death
Is the most painful happiness
Even for...
If I killed myself now,
Then would people fall in love with me?
I would love to see my funeral
And see who would mourn,
Who would understand...
Life is seen best with open eyes
Opened by closed eyes...
And awakened by tears.
But now, who would understand?
The flower blooms when it withers
Most beautiful in that instant
And it lives rotting, but lives
As tears quench its thirst
For only true concern; love.

If I know not thee
Allow me to fade happily
Into the seams of obscurity
Beyond the mountains there
And join the morning air
For if I know not thee,
Then too do I not see
and renders me of no worth,
And need not to stay on Earth.
For without living reason
To remain in our own season
May I leave painted
Into the landscape untainted.
A little background:
Before writing this,
I tried my best to help a friend.
A dear friend of mine..
And her words as a rebuttal to me were
"You don't know me."
Into the seams of obscurity
Beyond the mountains there
And join the morning air
For if I know not thee,
Then too do I not see
and renders me of no worth,
And need not to stay on Earth.
For without living reason
To remain in our own season

Cellar
My love is to gaze out the window,
Lingering in this damp cellar,
As heaven's rays shine upon me
To cherish the warm moments of show
But every blink proves mnemonic
Of the moss and cold concrete
And the nights lit by a single wick;
The tears remain on sheet.
I adore the sun set up high
But even it, as it leaves the sky,
Brings days of silhouette leaving I
Into a cellar, this cellar of mine.
Water trickles from leaks above
Like my stars that have fallen
In a metronome out of the night
Making my days imprisoned.

Waltz (Extended)
One greatly enchanted night,
One divinely enchanted touch
And I'm aware, I'm enticed so.
And though reluctant, I'm thrilled.
I gaze into your eyes and see
We were clearly not meant to be.
The moon merely revolves around her
To adorn her, To love her painfully.
And as our feet move slowly
My hands shall keep you safe
No matter how clumsy my feet are
I'll catch you from any fall.
A smile for a smile
How deeply repaying
And though I wish for the gift
All I need is this one moment
You shall kill me once more...

And I'm aware, I'm enticed so.
And though reluctant, I'm thrilled.

We were clearly not meant to be.

Dear, love
These words, whisper them I shall,
And as I look up, I smile
Because I know, somewhere,
We’re admiring the same sunset
And cherishing the same sunrise.
My love, I shall love you
With the intensity of a solar flare.
My love will rise up into the heavens
And it’ll spell out “You’re mine”.
I’ll wrap my arms around you
And keep all existing evils at bay.
Although I may not be the strongest,
I promise that I’ll keep you safe.
My soul will endure everything.
There will be nothing for you to fear,
I’ll delightedly fear for the both of us....
And as I look up, I smile
Because I know, somewhere,
We’re admiring the same sunset
And cherishing the same sunrise.
My love, I shall love you
With the intensity of a solar flare.

Into greener pastures (Another's eyes)
I reside on green pastures
Where the wind is cold
And the dew sparkles
I long to stay forever
In an only fleeting life
As tears run down my cheek
Knowing the pasture spring
Will run dry in fate.
I must leave this land
For the greenery suffers drought
And the pasture barren.
Into greener pastures,
Into greener pastures,
But I ask, don't mourn for me
Be glad with all of my love
And we shall meet again
When tears of joy shall flood
And the weight of the world
Is cast off by God.

Streams of crystal
Crystal water streams down my body bare
Caressing my gray lips, into the drain,
And I don't know what to think, or to care
Whether to feel or love this eternal pain
The blur of life I may only be imagining
Remains clear to me, a herald-maybe
Of days ere clairvoyance and rapturing
Of the forever I will truly be set, free...
Into darkness, into life, I close my eyes
Allowing cold air to make me shiver
Understanding all truth behind these lies
And ambiguity in this endless river
And maybe it shall be for...

Woods
I'll be fine without the kind townsmen
And so will they meeting the day when
They lose a man of such little worth
To physical matters and scientific Earth.
So as they say, Into the woods I may,
Into my own, Into darkness, and stay.
No need to rush, I'll hurry on my way
And turn my back on these grim days.
And no sand, nor shadow may follow
From now; I leave my old stump hollow
Without a single strand of my being
To escape the reality I'm leaving.

Fruit upon a tree
A tree on the mountain's summit
Shining gold in the brink of dawn
On a cliff the sun rests to be lit
And the tree rests heavenly drawn
Oh, what a blessing it is to be
To be a fruit upon the blessed tree
Wood forethought by poets to be
Laying on the kingdom of greatest He
But nights howl Wind's moans
Rocking vines above piercing stones
Where ravenous devils lurk around
Devouring all on hellish ground
Ah! my branch swings rigorously!
And I'm frightened, I'm terrified!
For I know any next blow may be

Passion
A pen in hand in deep thought,
In deep longing, and deep expression
Wondering how to pass the hours,
Memorably, exclaiming dear passion
Then I thought way back when
I first had writ when passion began
Of lasting ways to count the days
Of memories written in the sand
The days were nights, and the nights,
They were days of nostalgic sights
Whenever my mind falls to flight
And sleeps to dream of such delight
Look past the perception yonder
And repeat as my pen does wonder.
In deep longing, and deep expression
Wondering how to pass the hours,
Memorably, exclaiming dear passion
Then I thought way back when
I first had writ when passion began
Of lasting ways to count the days
Of memories written in the sand

And sleeps to dream of such delight

Shadows
A question in the dead of night
I ask, "will it be alright?..."
When we say the sun may rise
For a new day, tomorrow.
A day I'd rather not awaken for
A day I'd rather not endure
Instead I may jot down words
Of how pain is my grandeur
Envying the shadows laid at night
That vanish in the light of day
Never to suffer, never to cry
Into darkness, fading away.
I ask, "will it be alright?..."
When we say the sun may rise
For a new day, tomorrow.
A day I'd rather not awaken for
A day I'd rather not endure
Instead I may jot down words
Of how pain is my grandeur
Envying the shadows laid at night
That vanish in the light of day
Never to suffer, never to cry
Into darkness, fading away.

A familiar mist
Engulfed in a heavy, familiar mist
Of oblivion, in a place I may've wished
That shrouds the garden from ever twilight
In the darkness of day, brightness of night
And tears trickle as if resisting time
In a garden blessed by my dying rhyme
Lilies watch me,following my steps
Pitying me through the path of death
With the wind cold and eerie breath
Blows as if my own in times I wept
Regressing into an eternal fade
And life eluding me,remains to wane.
Of oblivion, in a place I may've wished
That shrouds the garden from ever twilight
In the darkness of day, brightness of night
And tears trickle as if resisting time
In a garden blessed by my dying rhyme
Lilies watch me,following my steps
Pitying me through the path of death
With the wind cold and eerie breath
Blows as if my own in times I wept
Regressing into an eternal fade
And life eluding me,remains to wane.
