Strong
Changed, no longer the same.
A new creation, No more buried pain.
Released with a tear, flying away from fear.
Burdens no longer haunt my heart.
I've let them go in pain I sowed,
I now reap in joy.
When the storm ends and you begin
to see again, The colors of life become more vivid.
There is nothing more beautiful then when life feels new.
When what use to bother you.
Is nothing more than a stepping stone
To your higher self
The one that rose above it
And bloomed.
Refuse to stay the same, staying stagnant,
What a shame!
Let it...

Lion of Judah
Oh dear Lord! Thank God my soul has been restored.
My heart is anew, I feel brand new.
Thank you for waking me up, I think I may have fallen asleep.
But today my soul feels deep,
As a sheep
I sought out my shepherd,
I shall not want
You anoint my head with oil
For You I fall to my knees
It is only You I long to please
I long to see the beauty of Your face
To thank you for Your grace
For it is the only reason, I can stand
Without you, I am only a vapor, A flower that withered
But in you, I am a warrior, that no man can conquer.

Please, do not mistake my kindness
As weakness
I merely have a good heart
Which doesn't mean
I haven't seen

Perhaps it all faded away
In words unsaid
Maybe what was, is now dead
Letting go of the illusion
Is never fun
But neither is holding on
When it's said and done

Walk with the Lord
We walk at different paces
Our hearts search in different spaces
We incline at different ages
Yet, we were all created by the Lord
For he said let there be light
And there was
Never become to haughty
To see
We're not the judge
Better forget
Ya ever thought ya was
Every man shall answer
And indeed we all, have many answers to give
In a large place
He sees in secret places
In the dark corners of our hearts
I have been dealt with
For this I give thanks

Sustained in Him
Never are you forsaken, but...

Soul Mate
I feel you.
But, I can't see you.
Shouldn't you be a memory?
Someone of past lifetimes,
Not present pleas for clarity.
A distant thought of lost love.
Not reality that surrounds me.
The dream of a forbidden future.
A connection that can soar beyond separation.
Through devastation.
The beginning and end.
Estranged but eternal.
Lost but found.
Bound
Inevitable love
Fated passion
Soul satisfaction
Pure

I miss you

Belief
The stars of heaven I count 11x11.
But You know them by name.
After an encounter with You,
No one remains the same.
Life with You demands change.
But only to better days.
Walking in new ways.
Holding on to Your promises.
Even when I can't see them.
Blinded by tribulations.
Only meant for testing.
Not for defeat.
For You are for me.
So I give my heart to you.
For I've never known a love like Yours.
With You my spirit soars.
And I love to fly!
Keep me Lord, always by your side.

Bold and bright.
When her radiant light,
Is put to the test.
When needed she will show,
Who she truly is.
Crafted as the creator intended.
A sculpted mess of beauty.
Every flaw precise.
Which makes unique.
Deep emotion flusters her cheeks.
It's not an act.
It's real.
This heart still feels.
Be kind!
To a gentle spirit,
Who means no harm!
Beware of the ones who do!
Stay true.
She learns through every action in life.
Emotion teaches what a thousand words could never say.
Remain yourself, in this changing world....

Seasons of life
Repetitive insights into loneliness,
leaves you with an empty ache.
That silences your heart,
and creates a new part of your personality.
A new trait.
One that becomes hard to hide from.
Scared, to show, who you are inside.
The depths of your eyes.
The emotions you deny.
This person you hide behind.
Only showing half your mind, while the other dances with thoughts, you wish, you could say.
leaves you with an empty ache.
