It's been 28 days since your last visit here
And I must admit I havent missed you.
I'll be honest, it's always such a joy
upon your arrival
But anxiously I bid thee silently to leave.
I am tardy, waiting on you hand and foot
As if a slave to my own demise
You expect me to greet you everytime
with open arms and grateful eyes

Content and Unbothered
I've been through so many heartbreaks
I don't even feel anymore.
As soon as I start catching feelings
I already know that's out the door.
Already expecting you to lie, cheat and break my broken heart
once more
but I am enough
I tell myself,
I am enough for me.
No matter what you do
I wont let it faze me
cause you see,
I've already did the math,
subtracted you from the fragments of what's left of my heart.
Although my feelings for you runs deep
I must admit,
I might shed a tear or two but promise you, ...

What I Fear
What I fear most
there is no question about it
although my fears are plenty
there is one that grips me heavy.
I have a fear of spiders
But I'd kill them in a heartbeat.
I fear the darkness,
not the one where you turn off the lights
and see the shadow of objects that surround you,
The darkness I fear consumes man,
when there's no telling what they would do.
I fear growing old.
silly isn't it,
I know I'll age gracefully but
will the people in my life be graceful toward me.
I fear the ocean. ...

Recovery And Peace Everyday
Do you remember a time when
Everything was so simple,
When yes meant yes
And no meant no,
How has life gotten so twisted that
When I told him no
he thought I meant yes
and when I screamed he thought I liked it,
I said stop, he thought it only a joke,
he laughed at my face
as he took my right to consent
his unpleasant scent lingered
nasty demon,
how dare you unless I say you can,
With no remorse
You worthless man.
Everything was so simple,

That moment I saw you,
