Ocean of Emotion
weary ship captains are we
navigating this deep open sea
tossed about from one storm to another
each wave threatens to pull us under
holding on for dear life
we start to pray
not knowing if we'll drown
then suddenly the waters calm
and we start again
steering our course
slicing through the waves
feeling the wind in our hair
all is well
then we come across
a port of call, a safe harbor
and we decide to stay for a while
to rest our weary bones
but inevitably, the sea calls to us
this is not your home ...

we created a world within a world
a life within a life
a world where just waking up to the sight of you
filled my body with ecstasy
and the bliss of each moment of perfection
seduced my body into wonder
the magic of reality
the depth of the tenderness
we shared
I took you as me
I breathed you into my being
now you are trapped in my energy
forevermore
a reminder of the greatness

thanks for the journey

of creation

You see...
I was born with a soul too big for this body
with a remembrance of worlds beyond this one
many people will not understand this deep sadness
and longing for another place/time/culture
where people hold each other in the highest regard
and reverence for the unique souls that they are
In understanding someone's God essence, you
know that on some level, we are all miracles capable
of so much more than we know.
So bathe in the moonlight
dance in the mud
make love to the trees
connect to the earth
hold a hand ...
