Who I am
On any given day
Largely depends
On how I feel
At the time.

Crazy or unstable.

The memory of them,

Something happens
To remind you

Like a zombie

What are we doing?
We know to take things slowly
But I am just as drawn to you
As you are drawn to me.
Something in you resonates
Within me as well,
And pulls me to you
While I pull you to me.

And when we come together,
It is a thing of beauty and perfection.

Amped Up Desire
A week has passed
Since I felt like I meant
Something to you
And I have tried my best
To not catch feelings
For someone I can't have.
You warned me about
What would happen
If I wanted too much
But you're too much of
An amazing person
For me to resist.
I want to protect you
And take away
All of your hurt
But I will never get to
Because that's not
What you want from me.
I knew what I was
Getting myself into
And did it anyways,
So now I'm lonely
And you're busy
Enjoying your life. ...

Stop running away
From the people you care about
Just because they can't be
Available for you
At your beck and call
Like you don't want to be
For other people.
Stop running away
Because you don't think
That anyone values you
Or wants you around
When clearly you matter
To those people that You
Have chosen to be in your life.
Stop running away

Because the people you value
Also value you

To see you happy.

Lost In Thought
I still have the taste of you in my mouth.
My little reminder that this weekend wasn't a dream, even if it was rather dreamy.
Something to remind me that it was real.
Something to get me through the cravings.
Now that I've had you, how can I settle for lesser quality?
This is going to become an obsession, but I know how to play my cards right.
I'll keep it casual and low key so neither of us get hurt.
Because even if it's my type of masochism, I'm pretty sure it's not yours.
And I already know that you could hurt me oh so good, baby.

Even in this moment
When my nerves are raw
