Sisters
Even in your lowest moment
There's always someone you can turn to
Not your boyfriend, your sister
She'll never judge
And tell you when you're being stupid
Even when it hurts
But she'll always be there
To hold your hand when you feel like crying
To tell you it's alright
She'll be the one thats by your side
Telling you you're beautiful
Reminding that "boys suck"
Don't forget she's always there
Even when you want your space
You'll always love your sister

Tilt-A-Whirl
Riding on a tilt-a-whirl
Headphones in my ears
Watch the world as it blurs by
But I can see his face crystal clear
Sitting next to my side
Cocaine lines between us
It's turning out to be one hell of a ride
And both our nose's are bleeding
This ride never seems to end
I really don't want it to
Cos when I come down I feel dead
Then he says he's brought a blunt to
We've payed for an unlimited ride
Where we don't have to get off
Take a hit, pass the bud
So high we couldn't even walk
Its the only way to numb the pain
But the drugs...

How do you let everything go
When your mind wants it inside?
It doesn't matter WHO did it
You just know you're broken
Searching the drawers, looking on the top shelf
Looking for the blade
To take the pain away

Stepping into the darkness

Dark Passenger
Sitting on the floor while scouring the blood off his hands.
The body he stabbed is rendered helpless, the blood flow
becomes stagnant.
A natatorium surrounds the scenery.
Left in shock because of the life changing moments that had occurred.
Tears drip and reverberate onto the natatorium.
A life was lost and a new one was gained.
He left a stain in those who remember.
Shadows now surround the corpse as it approaches its burial ground.
He acted oblivious as if nothing had happened and attempts to congregate with...

Now that you've released the monster
Can you stand what's inside
I'm terrified you'll walk away
When you see something you don't like
You've brought this zombie back to life
Kickstarted my heart beating
Things aren't as bad as they used to be
Yet still my wrists are bleeding
You've killed the urges
To put more drugs up my nose
In truth you've saved my life
By now, I'd be six feet below

As I share the story
Of a drug addict on her own
Please don't feel sorry
Way back when, about 5th grade
She met a boy
Twice her age
He wouldn't listen
When she said no
Kept pushing for more
Undoing her clothes
Two years later
He's finally gone
Now there's a new guy
That still treats her wrong
He threatens her life
Wants them to be a secret
She feels worthless
His sexual assault is repeated
By the time she's in highschool
Cuts cover her arms
Her boyfriend raped her
Her body's all scars...
