Skywatchers
The first hint of light
And the new day has begun
In the shadows of the sun
Beneath cosmic illumination
Piercing through the clouds
Forests and windows
As the mornings breath
In the air gently blows
Lonely is the night
Yet no one is alone
Witnesses of the new moon
Sometimes bright
Always fading soon
And the new day has begun
In the shadows of the sun
Beneath cosmic illumination
Piercing through the clouds
Forests and windows
As the mornings breath
In the air gently blows
Lonely is the night
Yet no one is alone
Witnesses of the new moon

Always fading soon

The Vanishing
As we age:
A day seens like an hour.
A week like a day.
A year like a month.
A decade like a year.
It goes that fast
Why bother to fear.
The certainty is
We all disappear.
It starts around 40
The Vanishing
Hair goes.
Hearing goes.
Sight goes.
Muscle tone goes.
Flexibility goes.
Memory goes ( but not fast enough)
Go to a nightclub and see how transparent you've become.
Still
I've seen a sunrise
Tasted a pancake
Slept in a cosy bed
Suffered physical and mental...

Just Be In The Moment Of Time... (2025)
Let’s take a moment and bow our heads as you and I pray
From God’s lips to our hearts
Approved to say
May He smile upon us as we strive
Crossing into a new year, thank goodness we both arrived
Looking back
Mother Nature’s cruel attacks
You and I survived Hurricanes
God’s tears from pouring rains
AI has comprised the mind
Have altered manmade time
From this day forward, do not become enslaved by the computer and lose your soul in the world of...

Magic skies
Gaseous blind
Fathom ties
Dagger life
Plastic eyes
Practice lies
Casting dye
Captive pine
Casket sign
Fantasize
Blackened bribe
Passing by
Random tides
Phantom while
Anchor strife
Savage isle
Ration blight
Rancid rice
Rancor rights
Paradigm
Hashing heist
Hallowed high
Absent minds
Dragon drives
Crafted crimes
Haggard sight
Cancer splice
Canker rife
Candid heights

Toilet Humour
Where once I used to pee and poop
I now scroll through a Facebook group
That tiny room no longer still
Is conquered by the endless swill
Of Facebook,Tik Tok,many more
Where time stands still behind that door.
Wipe and get up.

LOSS
The chimneys around my home
print black spots on the walls
darken the air I breathe and
the water I drink or bathe in
the owners know how to shut
the mouths of inspectors
and the mafia know how
to make money this season
politics of lack of rain
repair and management
scraunch smoke from wildfires away
to country’s gas emissions
they have their priorities
mission to rewrite histories
erase the past and erect
new walls of divisions
climate change is no excuse
to mould the minds of Gen-Z ...

A Doorway - with Lilliputian
Between every two trees
there is a doorway
of rhythms and beams
rustling the fallen leaves
more than the eye can know
powder puff and pollen blow
and scented hours
beneath the smiling moon
of lanterns and stars
hidden under green canopies
and sleeping sunflowers
the glowing fireflies
chanting to the alchemy
of cloaked essence below
with secrets from nights ago
veiled in tulle
forevermore dreaming to
the dusk's tunes
there is a doorway
of rhythms and beams

Unsullied
Yesterday.
I watched an infant seeing an overhead fan for the first time.
I could feel his innocence.
His amazement.
His observation without bias.
A consciousness but not yet a mind.
Devoid of conditioning.
Uncluttered, unfettered, un everything.
Joy without thought.
And I wondered.
Where did my wonder go?
My awe go?
Oh there it is.
In the Birdsong.
In the sound in a conch.
In the trees,the sky,the grasshopper.
It never left.
Just got covered by adulthood.

White horses
The beach was very long for miles, as far as
The eye could see, but now winter cold.
The farmer and I had gone there to load sand
Into a horse cart
The Nordic sky was magnificent, the sea was
clear and green, are small in this vastness
It was then I saw two white horses riding a crest
of the translucent sea came ashore, snorting and
Galloping yonder.
The farmer didn’t see it, busy, he was eating
The leg of a lamb his wife had given him for
The long journey

A Thousand Years From Forever (Eleven)
Serenading A Dream
The Golden Palace
The Supreme King’s Royal Bedchambers
Scotland
1700
He is lying Your Majesty, I have never allowed this man to touch or smell the fragrance of my skin
I am the Queen of Scotland, and am not an adulterer, as the King speaks before this inquiry begins
Upon your mercy, spare me the shame
I would like to remain in my castle, until my King returns, his arms I need to console
Someone has professed untruths upon the remnants of my humble spirit, words are being...

Greedy Bastard
Can you not just be content.....
Content in this moment......
No need to experience anything new.
You have it all.
Right here,right now.
You're the lucky one.
But the saddest one.
Awake in your future.
Asleep in your NOW.
Does the sky ask for more?
Content in this moment......
No need to experience anything new.
You have it all.
Right here,right now.
You're the lucky one.
But the saddest one.
Awake in your future.
Asleep in your NOW.
Does the sky ask for more?
