This is a brilliant performance. This is not the watered down 80's version of the band that was more pop and radio friendly. Listen to the incredible guitar playing by the late great, Terry Kath. He was the heart and soul of Chicago. He left us to early unfortunately. He was also an incredible vocalist. Though, Peter Cetera, sung the bulk of their songs. The horns are such a huge part of their distinctive sound. Flawless performance by a legendary band. Enjoy..

This video includes lyrics. This song is a darker tune for, Fogerty. He wrote this about a record executive who had done him wrong. John Fogerty was the lead singer and played guitar for Creedence Clearwater Revival also referred to as CCR. This record exec. screwed him out of the rights to his own music. Fogerty, was CCR's main songwriter and wrote all their big hits. To make matters worse when "Centerfield" came out and this track was released it should have been a joyous occasion. Especially for the fans of CCR, this was the closest they would ever get to new music from the iconic band. But, bet you knew there was going to be a but. That same exec. took, Fogerty to court for sounding to much like CCR. Basically trying to sue him for sounding like himself. True story.. Fogerty won the case. Enjoy!!
