I would like to say, I do hope everyone is enjoying their Tuesday in good health and in great spirits.
The morality of self will sometimes test the character of fate.
As I design my own creations in my spare time and it is simply amazing to have the gift to pursue all dreams and aspirations.
Are we always happy when we have been given what we truly want? Are there any guidelines when the morality of self must supersede when it pertains to feminine intuition.
With that being I sell my creations on the Dark Web, and you would not believe the eye traffic from the reap of hard work and dedication and I am just now getting started.
If you look at my prices of my creations that are very reasonable in comparison to supply and demands, fabric material upon request, my solarium is now considered my workspace, per the government I have now moved my income into a new tax bracket.
When I am under those hot blog lights smiling from ear to ear, modeling my creations, it is a feeling I have long for, that inner utopia feeling until I open my bid, and someone is buying my creations in a matter of minutes.
Now must of you would say, the money, sometimes it’s not always about the money, when the rewards question the giving.
When someone is buying your creations as soon as they are posted, I think piracy, or you lust like my signature thong breasted bustiers, and my lingerie, I be showing under my Blendology Forum and that will be coming very soon, if you have been honored to see my private web pictorials then it is made from that theme, sexy, intimate, and sassy pieces, well I only made one thus far.

The question I have to ask myself, do I increase the price or do I lessen for others, my goal in the beginning was for my creations to grace everyone, I know I am no Vera Wang, but my passion means something to me, when I am creating those pieces, I have in mind the satisfaction of others in mind, a soft piece of my soul with ever embordered stitched with love, since they will become someone else joy to wear, it is the gift of my offerings.

Now I am getting private requests, and patrons saying they are not getting any chance to purchase well isn’t that what anyone want to however, I am telling you the pros and cons of maintaining a private business, and it does not matter if you have a lemonade stand, business is business, when it brings in revenue.
To all the Youtube/Tictok, Instagram Influencers, whatever your protect, ideal, or concept you are attempting elevate, please make sure you are not selling your soul along the way for money fame, or fortune, I have seen the taste of success and the bitterness, how yes, it can blind you, sway you from you purpose, and I am not saying in vain, because, I understand what hard word, setback, mental challenges and when you just want to say 'fuck it' it’s not going to happen, at that pivotal moment, you must try even harder, once you succeed at your crossroads, the pave way becomes smoother and that’s when you are ready to navigate, your intention, hopefully, they are always positive, or paved when great offering to bring in divine reward
I challenge you to dig deep in your treasure box and pull up that old idea that you never gave wings to fly, make it happen captains, sisters go for it.
Gravity, the ocean ties, the Sun, Moon, and the stars it should tell you it's your time.

Soothing The Core Of Your Soul (Aqua Therapy)
There is nothing greater than to bond with the water, where the soar of soul and the flight of the spirit merge. Well since I am an Aquarian, and my natural passion is for water. I have always, and since I resided in France, I always wanted to christen the water. You will find everything from coins, small toys, in the Seine River, just to make that wish resonating to the skies end, one of my questions that prompt me to study the planets, bow unto the stars. I’ve heard we’re reborn to many lives, but we are only committed to one.
I wanted to discuss Aqua Therapy and for those of you who might suffer from some form of arthritis, or who is recovering from an accident that requires physical therapy. Inquiring to see if you would be a better candidate for Aqua Therapy, I would think it may be more suitable for senior citizens or anyone who may have suffered a fracture. There are several factors to take into consideration when pondering if you should consider the benefits versus the pros and the cons.
To be more precise, when you discuss Aqua Therapy, it is always fun to be wiser when overseeing your health. There are also some words your Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist will discuss openly when maintaining your care.
Before I do continue, please be advised individuals with cardiac diseases, for instance, should consult their healthcare provider before participating in aquatic therapy.
Before a patient is lowered into an aqua pool, there are measures to take upon when assessing the patient physical attributes, the weight of the patient buoyancy must support the patient’s weight, and if you suffer from gout or arthritis to the knees this can alleviate some of that joint pain, the end results reducing stress on joints.
This aspect is particularly beneficial for individuals with arthritis, or as I stated, a healing fractured bone, or for those who are overweight or obese those who are overweight. Performing exercises in water is less painful due to decreased joint stress.
When the patient is comfortably in the water, they stand, can continue to move freely without the water’s viscosity, during that period, this is where the muscles, tendons, ligaments get that resistance.
You can build more defined lean muscle mass or strengthening, and the great part, you do not have to use any weights.
Aqua therapy does seem to reduce joint stress and less painful when applying that same concept on land.
Then there is the Hydrostatic Pressure, which is high pressure exerted by water, most patient will tell you this is the best part of the sessions, due in part that hydrostatic pressure does aid in decreasing any swelling and the healing principle is to improve the position of the joint. I had this done when I injured my ankle what, two years ago, I must confess, I could stand briefly, for a second.
Additionally, hydrostatic pressure is also effective in reducing joint and soft tissue swelling caused by injury or arthritis.
Before you even began your Aqua Therapy sessions, including when I was a participate, for me the water had to be set right, what, I am not picky, or a complainer, but it really does, it's that liquidation feeling.
The Aqua Pool’s water temperature should be mellow enough to relax your muscles and in that process of resting those joints, bones, and muscles, the water, when set perfectly can increase the blood flow to your wounded areas. Most who seek the healing properties of Aqua Therapy as a healing prognosis for anyone due to some unforeseen occurrences who must learn to walk once again or utilize their limbs doing just basic bodily maneuverers without pain, or to improve their motor skills.
This is what I would recommend, only if your physician or PT/OT thinks it will repair you to thrive during his/her road to convalescing Patients with muscle spasms, back pain, and fibromyalgia find this aspect of aquatic therapy therapeutic.
The Aftercare
The Aftercare made during aquatic therapy hopefully will extend outside the water. However, walking in water is more tolerable due to buoyancy. When you get out of the Aqua Pool, rest for a few minutes because your body will still feel that weightless effect.

The Single Parent Household
This social economical study to me has always been debatable, does the growth and aptitude to a path of greatness depends on if there is a male in the household. Technically I would say no, hypothetically speaking, I would have to say, yes.
There seems to be two conflicts of interest here. Any parent would always see to the needs of their child, provide his/her, food, clothes, and shelter.
There are so many gifted children who were reared from single parent households and that include both male and female, however, for a thriving male child coming into his own, how important is it really for a male to have a father figure in the home.
I will have to give you several, the first love of a male child is usually his mother, and his first honor as a male is usually given unto his father. The seeds of his loins, the greatness that lays the foundation of his next generation.
A woman, even as parent could and should raise a male child, but there comes the disciplinarian of her intermingling the roles of both the female and of the male. It becomes the sole duty for her to implement and then as a parent she must pre-conditioned that male child with how to accept himself as being a man, how to adopt within the conformities of society, and how to survive once he is rooted.
Within that structure of a two parent household a father figure input is very strong, his voice of reasoning is sound when a male is coming into his own, I am sure he would have several questions, primarily, when he is facing the peer pressure of society sex, drugs, or even inquiring about the mentality of his gender.
These are the conversations that enriches a male, the beginning of him leaning how to bond, what secrets to keep, what emotions to show, and what feelings to retain.
Those missed child, teenager, and adolescent lessons from a father, does it affect how a man who let’s say do not have the means to become a future NBA or MLB, of NFL player, will he carry his other lessons instilled by his mother dealt with her shame, her anger, and how she survived.
I was raised by both of my parents then I had to reside with my grann, and between you and I, my grann, was and she is one hundred years old and still is stern as ever, I love you grann.

The Kiss To Self
It is April, Springtime is in the air. This is the time to plan in preparing to take care of your temple with the benefits of eating healthy and being in a great state of mind.
I dedicate this essay to anyone who is diabetic or who has been diagnosed as borderline diabetes, in addition, the risk and the concerns involved when diabetes goes uncontrolled by adopting a poor lifestyle; an inadequate diet, non-motivation, and not keeping the Chi at its peak to perform at its maximum performance.
What is diabetes
Diabetes Mellitus refers to a group of diseases that affect how your body uses blood sugar (glucose). Glucose is vital to your health because it's an important source of energy for the cells that make up your muscles and tissues. It’s also your brain’s main source of fuel.
Diabetes I, mainly happen when your immune system destroys cells in your pancreas called beta cells. They’re the ones that make insulin.
Diabetes II is a chronic condition in which the body does not use insulin properly. This causes blood sugar levels to rise, which can lead to other health problems.
Gestational diabetes only occurs during pregnancy but may resolve after the baby is delivered.
It is very crucial to take care of one’s self from head to toes.
An Eye Exam
The first exam I will recommend is a complete dilated diabetic eye exam. During your screening the Ophthalmologist or Optometrist will rule out certain aspects that could be a deterring factor of having a normal vison acuity, such as to rule our Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular Degenerative Disease, or Glaucoma and during that eye exam, early Cataracts will be ruled out.
Please make sure your get this exam on a yearly basis.
Dental Checkup
Most people do not realize being a diabetic can affect the health of your gums, therefore, please make it a priority to floss, and use a non- alcoholic antiseptic mouth rinse I cannot stress the importance of that regiment enough; it keeps gingivitis away (inflammation of the gum line), and the smile is what surely attracts. Your pearly whites are your signature to the world.
If you have dentures, please keep your dentures clean prior to usage.
Please make sure this exam is done every six months to a year.
Foot Exam
This is the biggest overlooked exam, and please pay close attention to your feet, your skin in general. There are several concerns for a person living with diabetes or caring for a diabetic loved one.
The toe nailbed should be kept dry and clean at all times, and not yellowish, if so, then there is most likely a fungal, which may require medical attention for a prescribed topical fungal emollient.
The legs should be supple, as in good vascular circulation and no signs of pitting edema (Pitting edema is when a swollen part of your body has a dimple (or pit) after you press it for a few seconds).
If there is any numbness or tingling to the toes, or legs, make sure you tell your physician to check you for Diabetic Neuropathy, that is a medical condition that befalls many diabetics.
Diabetic Neuropathy is a serious diabetes complication which primarily affects fifty percent of people with diabetes. This condition is a type of nerve damage that can occur if you have diabetes. Anyone who lives with diabetes and when the glucose is high or uncontrolled it can impair nerves throughout your body. Diabetic neuropathy most often damages nerves in your legs and feet.
You should get your feet checked every time you have a follow-up appointment with your physician.
There are other tests that should be done during a diabetic exam, such as getting your urine tested, to rule out any abnormalities regarding the kidney function; to see if there is any glucose, or ketones noted(High ketone levels in urine may indicate diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), a complication of diabetes that can lead to a coma or even death) the Ph Balance (this urine result looks at how acidic or alkaline a person’s urine is, the average value for urine pH is 6.0) WBC (bacteria) RBC (possible trauma to kidney or stones) or nitrate (UTI).
Fasting Labs (A test whereas you will refrain from eating or drinking anything after twelve midnight).
A Cholesterol test for a diabetic it is very vital and an overall key to keep the kidneys functioning and hypertension controlled.
Most physicians will prescribe some form of statin medication, it is use as a precautionary measurement for someone who also has high blood pressure, and diabetes, a medication combination to make sure you do not end up on dialysis after the kidneys fails to function and filter out its toxins, therefore, take your medication(s) as prescribed.
This test should be repeated only after comparison from the last results or if there is a slight elevation and your physician has to make any adjustments to your medication(s) or supplementing with another.
A1C is a test to advise your physician how well you control your blood sugar levels. Most results show your average over the past 3 months, and if you take your medications, exercise and modify your diets, with the four groups on the food pyramid, then they should be within a normal range.
For women who have diabetes
It is a known fact, you are more prone to suffer from reoccurring yeast infections, therefore, make sure your get your GYN exams and your Pap Smears every two years and every six months for any abnormal Pap Smear, in addition, if you are forty and over, you may as well get a mammogram, and earlier if you fall heredity to Breast Cancer.
Therefore, if you are a diabetic, please take care of yourself… make this your year to shine, it will be summer soon and you want to make sure you are feeling good from the inside and admired from the outside.
