All The Singles

Write a poem about the good or bad about being single.
And also talk about what you learned from being single.

~ Doesn't matter how long or short the poem should be
~ You can talk about your past relationship in it as well

being single is really bad  
I'm alone but I'm  sad
being single is not a fad
Finding a mate is very hard

The part of town where i find myself in
Has carved a place to bury me in
I got out of town
Went to another land
And found living far more grand

So my advice is to spread wings n fly

Try somethn new make the leap

Single am I, and what a happy time!
No obligations whilst I am in my prime.
All my attention may be focused upon
My friends, family, and education.

Lust is easily remedied with tools,
And nowadays there are hardly any rules
For that sort of thing, anyway.
Just as long as you do not bray.

Man or woman may pursue you
Or neither,
But there's no reason to glue
Yourself to either.

Single as in individual, not pair;
Freedom to do whatever you care
To do without having to share
In the glamour nor flair!

So why should you date,
Why search out a mate,
When you have all this life
To live? Why entice strife?

Loneliness?
No, 'tis loveliness.

IN THE CROWD


No words to utter

just steps to be closer

as time slows down

i see eyes

as time fades by

i see smile

another step closer

i see you.

then.... dissapeared

I forgot..

you left me.

Alone and single.
