well.. intelectual isnt actualy synonomous with nerd.. although most intelectuals may seem nerdy because theyre too smart to change their attitude to fit in with a society thats too dummed down to apreciate anything that may cause them to do their own thinking. Notice that a nerd isnt a nerd from copying other nerds. but someone is "cool" from copying other "cool" people.
