I crave the vortex
It's the chaotic nourishment that I awaken for
The devastation for gluttony that I indulge in
A personal cycle of spiral dynamics
It begins just as it ends, in questions
Answered every dawn before I retreat
Escapism is a sinners only sun
Under the lunar rays of peculiar oracles
I can hear the foretellings
Yet I only listen for the depth
The depth of the obvious
My third eye is blinded
By the affliction of the variant me
I must admit that adore her
Shameless
Stark mad
The disease of an addicts cross
She spares me all the fucking lies
Craving the vortex
I grew dragonfly wings
So she could incinerate the high
Cremating the chance of a contrasted sky
Antecedent to my beloved lows of repetitive sunsets

What School Didn't Teach
People say life is this and that
It may be a metaphor
A game of whist perhaps?
Compared to an onion
Some artichokes and alphabets
Interesting allegories but who could really answer that?
At times it's good and bad
Sweet and sad like a long lost love
To where you try to find your way
But things are so crossed up
You learn to live life like a hand in water
I wish I had a quarter for the people not as loyal
Now I've jerry-built a border
Cause' I can't take any deceit
It's not allowed like kids throwing sticks in the street
And addiction is deep
Oh how I wish I had known
Now I'm grown
And my old way of thinking was wrong
I've learned the best teacher really is experience
Aside from yourself
My every step is just as fearless as the last
And learning doesn't stop outside of class

Chances
=============
It was just by chance
that our carcasses
happened
to fit like caskets
and that our bones
perfectly
alligned
together like puzzles
that was just a chance too
that people like
ourselves managed
to find each other
in the dark
disarray
of what
was our lives
like somehow
a comet in the
vast universe
racing rapidly,
coming across
no orbits
and
came to
hit our planet
causing a very
a spectacular,
earth shattering,
moon causing
collision,
or how an earthquake in
the south pacific
ocean causes a massive
ripple
thus resulting
in a tsunami
to hit australia,
or how the core
of our earth
could possible
just for no reason
stop turning.
Just by chance.
some meteoric,
tidal wave causing
earth core stoping
chance.

Two years
I write for you
as if you were my ampersand,
a thin string between
sane & insane
