I'm Sorry, Please Forgive Me.
I am broken
Shattered
My life is pointless
I never mattered
My only achievement
Is loving you.....
(Crumples up the suicide note, begins a new one)
I love you babe
But my pain is to great
(Lays it on the floor. *buzz buzz* picks up phone)
Hey are you okay?
(replies)
no
(Tosses the phone away)
(Picks up a revolver,
puts a bullet in the chamber)
(Points the gun at my chin
I feel the cool metal on my skin)
(Cocks it)
"STOP THIS!"
(You say bursting through the door,
You take the gun and throw it on the floor)
"I love you, I love you" (You say and then kiss me)
(I kiss you back and say) "I'm sorry, please forgive me."
Arduous days no more!
End to the bosses' relentless screams,
and co-workers...more like bullies.
Untie the necktie,
Just to tie it again.
The ceiling light swayes,
They won't find my body for days.
Kick the chair,
Throat and neck muscles tense.
Gasp one,
Gasp two,
Gasp Th--!
crash.
Falling
limply,
foolishly,
humbly to the floor.
...And I can't even hang myself right.
Lay there for hours
til work the next day.
I'm sorry to bother you but I simply must end my life tonight
You see there are far too many difficult things I'm facing to try and figure them all out
It would just be easier if I didn't have to go on this way
Do you have a gun that I might borrow?
(I promise to give it back.)

A rope, perhaps?
Oh...hmm.
What about a knife, a razor blade?
Neither? Geez.
A potato peeler would probably do the trick in a pinch.
No knives? No pointed objects?
Well... what do you have?
Crayons?
You can't be serious.
You're not being very helpful, you know.
Not even a pencil?

Pills?
Well, yes, those will do quite nicely.
But, you see, I can't rightly take them while you have me in this straight jacket, now can I?
(Maybe I can chew paint chips off the door frames..)

A life being bullied and teased has made me weak
And there’s been many times where, unnoticed, I’ve cried myself to sleep
There’s been nobody there to confide in
Except for another loner named Jen
But lately I’ve started to care for her as more than a friend
When I told her how I felt, she decided to bring our friendship to an end.
It wasn’t long before the rumors started to spread
And people would whisper and point everywhere I tread.
My existence has just been one big fight,
But now I’ve decided to throw in the towel and end my life.
Now I look by my side at the suicide note
“I’m sorry. I’m gay.” Is all I wrote.
My life is going to be over now
Who cares if my sexuality is found out?
Too many months now I’ve wanted to die,
But just after I slit my wrists, I hear a cry.
I turn and see Jen in the door with tears running down her face
As she looks at the white bathroom, turned into a nightmarish place.
She quickly grabs a towel
And I watch as she gently wraps my wrists right before I black out.
A few days later I wake up in a hospital bed,
My body being pumped full of various meds.
Jen is there
Holding my hand and stroking my hair.
I can’t speak so she answers the question in my eyes in the end.
“No one wants to fall in love with their best friend.”
And, with that, she whispers, “I love you.”
Tearfully, I reply, “I do too.”
And there’s been many times where, unnoticed, I’ve cried myself to sleep
There’s been nobody there to confide in

You won't be able to breathe or see anyother day.
I don't no why you did it.
But it was your choice.
I just wish I could here your voice.
Never again will I be able to.
I will never take life as a joke.
But at the same time.
I will laugh.
Why not sit down and relax.
They say that life is to short.
But its the longest thing anyone can do.
And so from now on;
I live my life for you.
And there you lay.
