Oh my goodness. Running a competition is the easy part; awarding a winner is not, especially when there were so many excellent entries. I was looking for imagery, emotion, and perspective on the entries.
As of today, I still hadn't picked a winner due to two being neck-and-neck.

From Across the Bridge: This one got me. Especially the ending with the picture falling from the magnet on the fridge.
