Abandoned

An abandoned tire
fades off the highway;
its heart, vibrant in lavender growth—
proving our ability to flourish
despite being old and discarded

Poor Napolean Blownapart --- I knew him well.

Tires as flowerbeds --- love it!

Constellating

We are more than the sum
of our parts: each organ
is a constellation—
each cell a star

Every emotion is an orbit;
every action creates
an interstellar event
in concert with our will

Wondrous worlds exist
beneath our epidermis;
accrued layers of Being—

ancient civilizations: Atlantis
India, Mesopotamia, Egypt
all becoming our story—

buried by lifetimes, colonies
of imprints and memories
constellating, calling forth,

Come home to yourself
if you wish to learn Truth;
you are welcomed

and belong

ordained awakening
of universal promise;
nebulae swirling
in orgasmic delight;
worlds collide
against
the sonorous vibrations
of eternity;
sultry reverberation
enticing
the entirety
of then and now,
near and far
to constellate in celebration

March 15, 2021

I am the architect of my life
I build the foundation
and choose its contents.

Hope this is what you’re looking for, but was inspired by the quote none the less. I turned the phrase into past tense to fit the poem.
