It's because if he's rickE ( which he hasn't denied ) he said he checked or was checking himself into a facility. The public post was after he was released. It was a very brave and admirable thing of him to do.
Of course, whatever profile he used to state that has been deleted along with the post. So, no, there is no way to verify its existence. However, a moderator is aware of the issue, so it's verifiable.
A good question for this thread is how many times can a person come back under different profiles without disclosing who they were before? I get the whole "People deserve a second chance ( or even third )" thingie; however, when that second/third chance turns into innumerable chances demonstrating the same behavioral grudges against members, when is intervention required?

I don't want to destroy anyone's reputation; however, I am sick, and so tired, of the same people returning under different names ( for over half a decade ) and attacking the same members.
I just want peace and poetry. We have talked it out and agreed between one another. Is this not what you wanted? Make ups?
Had I ever personally attacked him I would apologize. But, you see, I haven't. Instead I have remained silent all these years, trying to let it go. Every insult. Every jab. Every threat.

That is exactly the way we all understood the posts too. Thankfully it's all water under the bridge now. That is how you work something out between each other without bashing and name calling.

A website where , you and yes , you could be our guide
Your guidance will lead us to a place that will outshine all other poetry sites
A virtual utopia like the Walgreens world .
Such beauty and wonderful colors could be presented
colors you could rename as you see fit
I see a steel door at the entry to the only correct portal
one of you could man the switch dropping the unwanted, the unverifiable into a chute
whereupon these now identified users , which you have verified
with the correct users their names could hang as prayer cloths
you could hope and pray that they someday get it right
You could have a podcast where you will denounce the original thinker
or others with an opinion
A weekly attaboy for remaining silent
