It had a plot that was genuinely interesting with tons of lore that you would end up hunting notes for. Locations as limitless as imagination, from Tel Vos tower to the Gnisis shell-dwellings. With enemies varying from the ever annoying Cliff Racers to the nigh indestructable ogrim and the imposing Dagoth Ur.
And the ever pleasant Ordinators who range from calling you Scum, if you have low world reputation, to the kind loving caring simply nice 'Citizen' if you save the whole of Morrowind.
