Sparkle

Sadness blooms within my soul
adrift in the lonely doom
my heart cries to my Father
make me a vessel of beauty to behold

While I wait to hear his voice
I keen awaiting decision
A cursed existence I feel lost
the light shines then flickers

So differently made and separate
Seeking the heavens I find hell
fliting from one thing to the next

Broken of will
I cry out again
give me reprieve in the interim

My solace gone I wither
Sky diving without a parashoot
I hit the mountain

It doesn't budge
instead it speaks to me

It is He, Himself who set me into motion
speaking of something I cannot fathom
a brilliant gem to shine brightly

My soul someday will sparkle
