Am retired from the business world. Have been writing mostly spiritual poetry most of my adult life. Have been influenced by the great mystic poetry of Darshan, Hafiz, Rumi,Kabir, Tagore, Mirabai, and others. At present live in Virginia Beach with my daughter Sheila, her husband Rick, three cats and a dog. Am a long time vegetarian and meditate using a form of meditation as taught by those Great Master Saints that teach the light and sound of God form of meditation.
