At the Beach
One day at the beach along the coast of the Jersey Shore.
There was an In Shape Man and an Out of Shape Man.
The In Shape Man said to the Out of Shape Man, “Look at me I am tall, strong, tan, graceful & beautiful.”
He went on by saying, “Look at you, your small, ugly, pale, weak and untidy.”
The Out of Shape Man was hurt by the remarks. He knew he wasn’t fit, gorgeous, or tall. It took him much longer to gain courage and talk to anyone let alone a girl. He had no self-esteem.
Girls flocked over to the In Shape Man. He would flex and show...

It Is Always A True Blessing To Step Out Of Your Comfortable Zone
Whoever said the price of vanity is cheap
Must had never stepped into my world
I have been on this challenge of wearing braids per my bestie
Sometimes, I wish I just cut a lock of my hair and been done with the notion
I’m waiting for thunder to be heard on that myth
All in all
I have worn a collage of hairstyles
Pinned up
Ponytails when running or strength training
A beautiful upswept coiffure
Unraveling my braids at the end to allow them to softly free fall, cuddling my face ...
