broken token
A rose must remain with the sun and the rain or its lovely
promise won’t come true.”—Ray Evans
on bended knees my rose now bows,
for broken are the solemn vows
the suitor and his beau made on her head.
tossed through a window in disdain,
her blush shall ne'er be red again,
for, in the cold, she faints, as good as dead.
she whimpers in the cruel earth,
how indisposed, where once her worth
was weightier than tried silver or fine gold!
for lovers, when their filigree
explodes with vexful tyranny,

curse
obviously the only way out is through the door marked exit, but what if
it’s a trick, no one expects it to be
anything other than what it says, but what if it isn’t what it says, what if it simply leads to something worse ..

If Caligula was my bitch
I would demand him
to say he was godless
make him run beside my chariot
for hours on a leash slowly stripping
away his toga, watching members
of the senate spill wine unable to
control their contagious laughter
i'd privately tease him by prophesying
Nero will be better in years to come,
watch him cry as he tastes his own flesh
cooked underneath a burning Capri sun,
hush his constant howling by reminding
him nobody wishes a baby tyrant to
be the face and figure of Rome

I will have time
inside your mind
a centre stage
you in the light
close your eyes,
feel unrestrained
when i become
most unkind
i will have time
inside your mind
a centre stage
you in the light
open your eyes,
you are adrift
with my teeth
in your skin
I will have time
inside your mind
a centre stage
you in the light
close your eyes,
open your eyes
you are tied
to be untied.

drumming
He who marches out of line hears another drum.―Ken Kesey
the poetry of skin and wood,
read by the fingers of the dreadlocks man;
vernacular in rhythmic mood,
syllabicated by the dextral span.
impetuousity cares nought
for vocal hypocrite or charlatan;

Lesson To Learn
Dragonflies as they skim the waters, they leave circles, swirling in their wake. They only scratch the face, but leave so many scars on the lake, and they never look behind, as they go on their skimming spree, another lake to take....
Calm were the lakes, and the swamps, where Water Striders and bugs, scorpions, even nymphs, row their bodies in such comfortable ambience, spending a peaceful stay. But, once the silent dragonfly speaks, all the waters take a whirl, they tremble, the surface collapses, like a Waterquacke, and leaves a recurring turbulence, an epic tribulation...

CHILDREN'S IN THE SAND BOX
Let's talk about the people in CONGRESS, and have a REAL serious conversation on WHY DO THOSE. That WHO WE OF SOCIETY APPOINTED AS THE PEOPLE, THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE HERE TO REPRESENT THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD. AS THEY SPEND MORE TIME IN THE CHAMBER ROOM ARGUING, AMONGST EACH OTHER AND THEMSELVES, JUST GOING BACK AND FOURTH. YET STILL CAN'T COME TO A REAL, SOLUTION to fix the damn problem. FOR THE TRUE BETTERMENT OF THE WORLD AND IT'S PEOPLE'S.🌍 FOR it reminds me of CHILDRENS playing in the SAND BOX, to see who goes first to play in the sand, or who shall ride the swings on the swing bar...

The Myth of Mythos
"We need images and myths through which we can see who we are and what we might become."

MYTHOS AND LOGOS
In Ancient Greek ways of thinking, patterns of imagining, and waves of feeling Mythos and Logos appear as fraternal twins. Both carry a range of meanings, which lead time and again to the same essence 〰 captured in the English symbiont word.

Roses in the River
Can I meet you at the waterpark
I’m touching
all your body parts
wherever we are
tell me can I touch it
brushin past
all your buttons
that’s how I get the party start
really wishin we could press start
at the beginning
hard to bet on love if
I can’t see
who’s winning?
we posed to be, twinning but I guess I gotta win alone
face it without you
now I’m wishing that I had a clone
we can’t split a rib
if someone always ends up
picking bones
at least it’s something right
way better...

born on a farmstead
transformed
from 1933
rural poverty
pockets empty

every day cotton
silver

refurnished
lulling laughter

viral veil cast from Spica
I the innate reconstructed
terraces made by roman hands
torching crescent eye

I bring Achilles`bronze heels
coiled crow crowns
lingering linguistics

Faith
I didn't know what path to take. The Will, or the character within me, was still unspoken. So weak. Blind measure, blind means. I knew only of faith. I walked with faith in the dark soft light, forever borrowing her gracious heart for strength. We were lonely in the silence of unspoken things. I did believe. Any path would have lead me.
