Hum, Is It Shingles
I would like to pass on relevant information. There seems to be a spike in Shingles cases as of late. Some of my residents have been affected, and I just wanted the masses to be advised.
Anyone who have had chickenpox may develop shingles. It isn't known what reactivates the virus.
Shingles causes a painful rash that may appear as a stripe of blisters on the trunk of the body. Pain can persist even after the rash is gone (this is called post herpetic neuralgia).

gravitational pull, self-manifested sun
pull me closer into radiant warmth
kiss my skin with ultraviolet tongue
trails of gold spread within the spit
should my bones break
beneath the weight of lover's galaxy
ascensional recipe we create
fingers tracing a chosen face
molten mouthing lava and lace
in hidden flower creates a lake
a fortress of stone beneath the waves
throne fit for a kingdom when we play
lap the blood from my scars
disintegrate my facade
melting ice forged within my youth
no shielding...

Ladies this month is winding down, therefore, please make
Sure you check your breasts for the month of July
Try not to indulge in drinking too much soda, it leads to many UTI's(Urinary Tract Infections)
Stay hydrated in the humid weather
Move your feet, put on one of your favorite ballad, crank up the volume and just dance
If you are incapacitated by wheelchair, crutches, or a cane, there are exercises that corollate with your impairment or disability
Put the cell phone away and humanly socialize and laugh

several years; then out
of the blue there was her
sensual voice on the phone.
After small talk and updating

Wings of a dove .
I dreamed of the love on the wings of a dove, freely giving. Where if necessary they would let you fly high above and below, love in its purest form of compromise and understanding. Not one flutter of jealousy, or of pandering, Just a flight navigated by two but with one destination together. Diving at times, but finding their inner peace and trust and strength in the other. United soaring like two white cotton candy clouds and resting on the edge of heaven.

the hours
seem to come
and go
so easily,
disappearing
while our words
wrapped around
each other
in conversation,
our thoughts
held tightly,
my mind reflecting
on a few lines

tired dominated

before sleep

i remember
undressing her
one more time
