she is desirous of a man
feeding ghoulish delight
with her needy passions
with a crack in the clock
a shadowed cog well torn
darkness trolls midnight
touched by the lips
of death's metamorphosis
her crimson bow frozen with her last scream
he takes his time with her corpse
she echoes the divide between death and life
calling him to her, her reaper
lusting for souls
of the grinder's hearth
as the pendulum notch
climbing the trellis
of the lonely hearted
