The Late Bob Dole
I voted for him when he ran for President of the United States.
Sadly, he died on December the 5th at the age of ninety-eight.
Bob Dole fought and nearly died during the second World War.
If it hadn't been for men like him, we wouldn't have freedom anymore.
When it came time for him to fight for the United States, Dole willingly fought.
But when it was time for Bill Clinton to serve his country in Vietnam, he did not.
Bob Dole fought for his country and was even paralyzed.
When Clinton beat him in the 1996 election, I was surprised.
Dole was a Senator...

Real or Pretend
Men pretend
within their disguise
to be legends of the past
to be the knight in shining armor
[white charger optional]
often times rusted and bent
Strong and fearless
little boys playing war
but real men don't play these games
thinking this is lame
knowing their true power
is the nobility of spirit
to carry the weight of the world
Walking tall with iron will
my heroes don't wear capes...
within their disguise

A young man leads the charge.
On patrol north of Orleans.
Receives the Iron Cross.
This is just the beginning.
He rides into the fray.
Holding on to his faith.
In times of desperation.
He will always find a way.
The Last Hussar.
A title that will hold out through the war.

His leadership will take the nation far.

The elixir of the gods
Dreaming of legends bold
and heroic quests of old
possessing a fearless heart
and a valiant spirit
I bravely venture forth
in bleary eyed reverence
on a prophesied quest
to the altar of the Coffee Maker
and the Oracle of the Bean
seeking guidance to the holy brew
as did Jason and the Argonauts long ago
in search of the Golden Fleece
to challenge the gods
and dare the fates
fighting razor clawed demons
meowing for my soul
in slipper socks and bathrobe
I risk a perilous journey

The Lone Ranger and Werewolves
When the Lone Ranger has his finger on his gun's trigger, he constantly has to pull it.
When the moon is full, he hunts and kills werewolves, that's why he uses silver bullets.
He also uses silver bullets to stop outlaws from committing crimes.
But he uses those bullets to kill werewolves the majority of the time.
A werewolf smashed his way into an innocent man's house.
He tore him to pieces and was also going to kill his spouse.
The Lone Ranger saved her by putting a silver bullet right between the werewolf's eyes.
Whenever he encounters werewolves,...

The Greatest Athlete
Once upon a time a red man competed in
the Olympic's in Sweden in the early 1900's
pictures of him show him as an average fellow
not super human...in the Olympic games no
other athlete in the world could beat him
playing any of the games they played there
after presenting Jim Thorpe with the gold
medals the King of Sweden told him...

In a highly and widely publisized letter
the police were showing off there
handiwork on how they had captured
their nemesis John Dillinger...

All the Politicians of the republican persuasion
who defended Trump by being silent?
And they waited to the last moment just in case he was able
to overturn the election.
When all was lost, and Trump was finished
washed up and had his innards removed, did they turn and said he was a crook.
These cowardly enablers.
We cannot give them a free pass, and they are as guilty as Trump
by holding on to power as long as they could.
And the businessmen/women he had made rich, what will they say
they were in it for the...
