I am waking up now
I am waking up
Now
The time is 8:00 am
I am starting to get ready
For the day
First I am shaving my
Face the old fashion away
It is very hard to do
I have to do it
Slowly
If I do it fast
I will cut my face
It takes me 20 minutes
To shave
When it is over
I will go into my shower
And have a shower
When my shower is over
I will turn the shower off
Then I will dry my body
With a bath towel
Now is the time for me
To get dress
In to my casual clothes
I will put my pajama and my ...

What Would She Think
What would she think
If she came home
And discovered my body
Dead on the floor
From an apparent suicide
Would she cry
Or would she be so mad
She pounded on my lifeless chest
Would she be happy (well on the inside)
Knowing that her life could move forward
And she could escape the trap
She's lived in forever
How long before she moved on
Or would she just enjoy the freedom
She's been gifted
What would she think
What happens next
Do I rot away and decay
In an empty timeless abyss ...
If she came home

Crossing Thoughts
Losing interest with my desires
My mind completely uninspired
Absent thoughts and losing focus
Erratic behaviors becoming noticed
Night after night of restless sleep
In my head crossing thoughts do creep
Fates cruel hand has me rattled
Why keep fighting this losing battle
This downward spiral has perplexed
The thoughts I planned to happen next

Who have died
Of cancer
At that time
We bad done
Their funeral
Service
And we bury

Today they live
There new lives

Also they are
Not suffering
Anymore
They are resting
In peace

I think of you often
Fondly, softly
Quietly in my prison of a mind
During my days and my nights
As I sit typing these small mementos
I’m reminded of how close we became
Your laughter, your beauty
The never ending conversations
This feeling of emptiness, loneliness
This somber sadness grips my soul
Clutching with intent to crush what’s left
Mangled and mashed into dust
Tears well up ready to burst forth
A briny, saline waterfall crashing into the depths of my heart
Inducing an anxious panic overriding all...
