My Grandfather
How I remember you
Always happy, never blue
Summer weekends always a blast
Priceless memories from my past
We'd go on the boat, have lunch and talk
Simpler times that slipped away through a clock
As I became older you were always there
You helped me out when I was in despair
When I moved away
We'd call each other every few days
One day I received that dreadful call
You lost consciousness, had a deadly fall
They tried to resuscitate but to no avail
My heart was punctured, I began to wail
Many years have gone...

Fantasy or is it really real
When you dream within the very deepness of your sleep, 💤 what do you dream within the whispers of the echos from the past. When you lose all sense of time, as your thoughts stretch far and beyond, into the universe of space yet there is no time. What does your dreams reveal, for sure we can escape but yet why should you want to leave this place. the big day
tomorrow is weird for me; I've always wanted to be celebrated, like hello, its me and MY day. but between spring break and unintentional friends, it was usually only an important day if I made it important. so two years ago, I decided to properly celebrate myself. on my day, I'd only do stuff for me.
that first year I spent three weeks completing a childhood goal of mine, gallivanting around Europe like I saw in the movies growing up.
and last year, I spent three days, the day before and after, bouncing around towns only doing things that made me happy.
