A Goose Egg Moon
Luna was flying high tonight
thick with her beams of love
on intertidal wave delight
and shimmer flux thereof.
She teased the tilting bath for birds
with water sparkle there;
far, far, too beautiful for words...
was her reflected flair.
In zenith glow no match for day
I still could see the blooms
of rosemary on full display...
as peacocks would their plumes!
I'd love this sky some more to browse
but yawning overwhelms
when moonbeams coax my soul to drowse...
into Morphean realms!
thick with her beams of love
on intertidal wave delight
and shimmer flux thereof.
