Adieu To The Taste Of Honey
Could it be, that
I lost my
way when
those final words
dripped
from
your
lips
like
sour
honey.
A taste in my mouth
to spell the end;
I missed the night
train to your heart
so I will
walk
this
road
alone...
Until perhaps
we meet again at a
crossed road in my dreams,
where I can atone for things I
said, but never did (and
did, but never said).
Until then dream girl.....adieu.
I lost my
way when
those final words
dripped
from
your
lips
like
sour
honey.
A taste in my mouth
to spell the end;
I missed the night
train to your heart
so I will
walk
this
road
alone...
Until perhaps
we meet again at a
crossed road in my dreams,
where I can atone for things I
said, but never did (and
did, but never said).
Until then dream girl.....adieu.
