forbidden fruit (taste)
she taste
sweet
like almost
every other
forbidden
fruit,
the bite
of her
firm flesh,
vanilla,
like flowers
in season,
but something
of honey,
her bitten
core
challenges me
not to
leave marks,
to prove
that she,
as fruit,
has never
been plucked
so easily
before from
tree, that
her destination,
remains
the same.
