Deseas verdad en lo mas intimo de nosotros

A HUMBLE PRAYER
A HUMBLE PRAYER
Forgive me, O Lord, for those hidden sins
I do not know I’ve made.
Those sins that hinder me from my victory-win
Teach me what they are
That I may not repeat the offense to You.
When people call me names I don’t approve or like
I tend to wonder if they are right
Perhaps I do not see myself as they do
Yet, the possibility exists they may well be jealous of me.
In my heart, I don’t feel I am boastful or proud
I don’t feel I do wrong nor do for others to see
Yet, my enemies have me for a show-off ...

AQUATIC CREATURE
Diving deeper into the sea
Aquatic creature free you be
No hair…No fur…size of a pea
Silver and gold swim passed me
Transparent lesson ye teach me
My eyes now opened to clearly see
The classic beauty of simplicity
Has no need for complexity.
Your loud silence’s deafening pitch
Bothers not anyone - a single inch
Forever hydrated n your tank-water niche
Aquatic creature, you’re no snitch
Muted thoughts – your lesson’s rich:
Minding your own,
You swim alone
Back and forth – to and fro
Therapeutic tranquil...
Aquatic creature free you be

MISSING EACH OTHER
How long idid You reach out to me with an outstretched arm
And I made not myself available?
How long did I not waltz my way through life longing for You
To reach You, to find You?
Yet, when you stopped, I reached for You and now it is You
Who make Yourself not available.
As I enter, You exit.
When You called, I did not answer.
Now, I call and You do not answer.
How many years did You not stand in the hollow
Of my empty void of my soul awaiting for me?
How blind I was with the blindfolds of my own selfishness and ignorance.

MISCONCEPTION
Misconception is worst than a lie and worst than deception.
A lie stays within the bosom of the one who utters a lie
And deception is discovered and discerned sooner or later.
Misconception, however, spreads like wildfire
It's adopted, creating chaos and a world of confusion.
Misconception can become man-made traditional tales,
Adopted as truth, damaging the mind of those who do not believe
In corection once misconception is discerned.
It is by miconception that Jesus Christ
Told the Pharisees, "You teach the doctrines of Mankind ...

GOD OF WONDERS
God of power, love, and endless wonders
Whose throne is in heaven above lightning and thunder
If You and I were to walk hand-in-hand
Across the miles of city land
Would You be ten or a million feet tall?
Standing by You,, would make me grasshopper small!
Would You have to bend Your neck a little
Or bend more like halfway down the middle
Not to bury Your head on the sun, the moon, or the stars?
And how do they stay up there so far?

HOPELESS
Imagine if there was NO heaven
And no one ever held a Lucky Seven.
Imagine if the fate of all of Mankind
Whether cruel or kind,
Whether good or bad
Whether Happy or sad
All eternally damned into a lake of fire
Without the Savior as a Sire.
No Savior with His Saving Grace
No God with a comforting embrace.
Will you still sing Sunday praises and do your charitable deeds?
Will you have any motive, strong grounds or any guiding lead
To live and lead the Righteous life
Free of malice, anger, and contentious strife? ...
And no one ever held a Lucky Seven.

Strife
When storms do break and heavens weep
The cathedral spire wakes from sleep
A shadowed lance, it cleaves the rain
A hymn in stone through joy and pain
The clouds, like mourners, gather close
Their veils of grey a most solemn host
And through their tears a fleeting gleam
The spire ascends, a holy dream
Each droplet strikes with fleeting grace
A silver path on sacred face
And shadows twist in trembling flight
As rain and dark in union write
The gargoyles grin, their visages stark
In interplay of light and dark ...

Floating in Holy Water
I fall back into the water like a baby into her mother’s arms
I’ve looked forward to this moment
For a long time
Lift me up so I can meet God with a smile

Showering me with blessings and love
