When I Met BreAnna
You made me smile and laugh through
My hazy tears during our freshman
Year of college. With you it was a new
Day, sharing our hopes, future plans,
Fears and dreams. It was the best day.
When I would meet you, becoming fast
Friends. You were always a strong ray
Of sunshine when I could not get past
My homesickness. You were the rose
To my thorn. In the vast and deep sea
You are the anchor. When life slows
You never doubted or gave up on me,
Always being there for the long ride.

My whisky used to wear a trilby
Ashes, of what were his life
more than just a faithful true companion
I keep him in an urn of white
to my furry friend, I post this anthem
The greeting of his force 10 purr
at feeding time he would clean out the tin
for he was a cat-food raconteur
finish it off with a Cheshire catgrin
My whisky's spirit, it lingers still
his personal pride, would be my guide
to [u]clean up well[u]when lethargy was top of my bill

Meum Stabile Petra
I am a planet; a big ball of mass and materials floating around the vastness of space as I slowly, but steadily developed. Out of all the other planets in my system, only I was the fortunate one to experience the privileges of life.
They called me unique, yet I felt tiny and insignificant compared to the billions of stars that shamelessly shine their illuminating light. I wondered if there were others out there like me; planets that shared similarities with me. So alike, yet very independent in in our own manners.
