There Must Be Some Misunderstanding

Oh yeah he put me in my place
a puzzled look must have been on my face
flirting with a lass I thought unattached
found out there is a guy who may have a latch
sent a message and found out it was him
lost her cell in his car the exchange was grim
accusatory like a stalker to his girl
playing ignorant of the words she did twirl
the revelation is now knowing she has a man
puts into to question a meeting we may plan
at the least they have a difference of views
in what their relationship construes
but of word of caution to the guy I suggest
if really her man he better watch for the pests
because even if we never meet
there are others that find attractive that heat
and for whom hundreds of miles isn't a divide
so dude is that ego and pride
cause if you have a claim true and real
better secure a more two-sided feel!
