Remember Me when you break the bread
Remember all the things I have said
Remember the time you felt so lost
Remember that I carried your cross
Remember the glory your eyes will see
Remember the shame put upon Me
Remember to love and hold your brother dear
Remember?..the time draws near
Remember I rose from out of the tomb
To save the world from sorrow and doom
Remember I gave the Comforter
When I ascended on High
It's the part of Me
To help you remember
The reason I died

I think that after 7 lines of remember, it's a clever thing you did to put remember?...as the 8th.
Although this is honestly not my taste in poetry, I'm sure many will find it very appealing.

Poignant read after attending a holy communion service on what is Palm Sunday. Liked last five lines (refers to the Holy Spirit).
