Secret sex life
Secret sex life?
I didn't know you had one.
I never thought you'd have sex,
especially safe sex.
I always pictured you getting pregnant,
And me telling you " I told you so."

You came off so innocent.
Pure is what you still act like.
You don't seem like the one to have sex.

My heart started to race,
and skipped beat,
you put me in shock.
Now I don't know what to say.

Whenever did you have sex?
I didn't know you had one.

Those kind of remarks are perhaps heard more often since the advent of contraceptive pills. It is possible for a woman to have a "past" but still look a respectable spinster. Before then, without contraception, sex was almost certainly a pregnancy sentence that could not easily stay hidden.
