Gravity
She loved him more than a warm fireplace on a harsh winter day.
More than her favorite book.
She missed him more than a child misses their teddybear.
She needed him more than a fish needs water.
But he was her warmth on cold days.
She loved the story of them.
He was there when she was scared, and there to comfort her.
And he was all she needed. He was keeping her on the ground, not gravity.
She needed him and he needed her.
He made her smile through her tears. He kept her afloat when she started to drown in her saddess.
She broke through his tough exterior, made of all his bad memories. She was his sunshine on the darkest days.
They were in love and they still are.
