Fact is you’re so much more than that
Can’t you see?
Go ahead, it’s stupid me
Somehow you cupid me
Your pointed tricks trick as you tease to please me
Such a smart ass
The way you make it last
Targeting with your self-reflective arrows
Plucked from your lyric-cool sling
Ink-dipped feathered bullets, the ones you fling
Shots taken, paragraphs that awaken
Your whisper is like a breeze turned into light
Go ahead and write
Word. Heard.
It’s the way that you serve
Letter upon fucking letter
Go ahead and…Screw me
The ways in which you run-write through me
You the epitome… such a thought-provoking go-getter
No one better at hitting me up with true meaning
I’m so into your words
They are and define the unforgettable
Call you critical
You must think me terrible
Like that… I can feel you
Speaking to me through your pen, your lips
Doing it with such confidence
That intelligence to acquiesce one’s inner being
So into your words; the subtle meaning
Metaphors held aloft by Man-you-scripts
Sensual scenic trips taken just to accentuate
Expertise that flows straight out the gate
Without mistake…
How is it we bend but never break?
You are the one to underline while you redefine all that is in our mind
Nouns, pronouns, adjectives, each verb
Scrawling throughout my body in a way so superb
Definitions jotted down byway of your rawness
What’s mirrored is perceived as flawless
Indeed, I am your blank canvas
The various ways you call me to this
Go ahead and speak
Like that… Your thoughts… I’m weak
Having me grovel to whatever you have to say
Sentencing me to your ill-erotic foreplay
Followed by a comma, comma, comma here
Again, placing it right into my ear
