A FLAME AROSE

Below the empty cave
a flame arose
of make believe
casting an eternal shadow across the grave yard
a no-mans-land
for all eternity
While the goddess stared
at the stars and moon
sitting upon an empty tomb.
The witches stirred their cauldron of
grog legs and eye of a newt.
As the undead had nightmare's
of clouds with voices' within.
Frankenstein looked for body parts
in a cold dark room
and the wolf's' howled at the fullmoon.
