Of Monsters and Little Girls
No longer constrained by high stone walls
Out of His dungeon the creature does crawl
Starving, He casts His eyes all around
‘Til at last, innocent prey He has found
Then slowly and stealthily he creeps
Toward the bed where an innocent little one sleeps
His blue eyes blaze red with hunger and lust
As He pictures how tightly she could be trussed
Restlessly, she turns in her slumber
As closer to her He continues to lumber
A throaty growl begins to rise in Him
As he gazes salaciously upon His tiny gem
He draws to a halt as she stirs once more
Is she really asleep, he is no longer sure
Is she trifling with him, just pretending to be
So silently, vulnerably, adrift on dream’s seas
While she breathlessly, longingly, awaits his attack
A delicious and willing midnight snack
Remaining stock still, he patiently stands
Imagines her tender flesh in His hands
He needs so to hurt her, blow after blow
To make her scream out as her tears freely flow
Yet seeing her now, tucked into in his bed
He fights the dark images flooding his head
Though He may claim His true love is Death
Something about her catches His breath
He promised her she’s always safe in this place
That she feels safe shows on her trusting face
Oh how He needs her to scream and to suffer
But even more still, He needs to protect her
Keep away other monsters that lurk in this world
Hold her close and be Daddy to this sweet little girl
For she is truly so gentle this innocent child
Who hides behind the actions of a harlot so wild
She's the one never given a chance to survive
But somehow she's managed to stay alive
She bring out in Him such contradictory things
He longs to be tender just as He longs to be mean
So Monster and man fight over her now
Debating if ever they can learn how
To co-exist together inside the same form
Learn to control His raging inner storm
He looks down and sees that she’s opened her eyes
Submission shows in them so, he nearly cries
For she too possesses a very different side
One that for years, she managed to hide
Protecting herself from those monsters that feed
On the fact that inside she possesses great need
Resiliant and brave, she appears to be strong
Yet she's hidden her own demon for so very long
And all the men that she would enthrall
Never saw her darkness where bitter tears fall
They only see part of this woman who keeps
Her own twisted secret as she silently sleeps
She needs to be loved and wanted so much
Just a little girl longing for a Daddy’s touch
She understands the monster that lives in the man
She accepted both of His sides before they began
As she gazes up at Him, His monster won’t be calm
Though her smile’s as soothing as a sweet scented balm
“He is out of His cage again, isn’t He dear?”
She asks in a voice that holds no hint of fear
“He is indeed little one and loudly He's screaming
Of the vileness He imagined while you were dreaming”
She looks into His eyes and then her gaze she drops
“Yes Sir, right away, I’ll go fetch your crops.”
Out of His dungeon the creature does crawl
