Harbour at Night
Another crisp night in the south arrives.
The frosted earth glows silky white and clean.
Shuddering out clouds to engage the sky unseen
I look out from Buddhas rest and feel alive.
The placid hills reflect the night in milky hue.
The Laden Camel sits and waits for day.
The Lazy Cross wraps itself around the bay.
The Crab looks over and winks at you.
I smile.
