A View of the world today
As I watch the news, I wonder why the world in some ways has gone crazy. All I ever see is Robbery, murder assault and various corruption. While watching this I wonder if the world has gone crazy and what would Jesus Christ say if he were physically here on earth today? I figure if I view the world as gone crazy and disrespectful towards God the father, then God must be furious with us. There are also anti gun people out there mostly in the white house trying to take all guns away from us. While I am for gun control I do believe strongly in the 2nd amendment to the constitution. It states that we have the right to bear arms. Some say that guns kill people. Well I have some questions for those people. Can a gun load itself, aim itself at a person and fire itself. The answer is absolutely not. It takes a person to load cock, aim at a person and fire the shot. Question two When a person is ran over by a drunk driver, Does that mean if the drunk driver is driving a ford F-150 pick up truck that all ford F-150 puck up trucks should be out lawed? No absolutely not. My point is guns and in my example of the drunk driver the gun and the ford F-150 are only the tools used by a human being that resulted in death or injury. The gun couldn't be loaded, cocked and fired without the human being. The ford F-150 couldn't run the person crossing the street with out the drunk driver starting it and driving it from the bar to where ever he or she may call home. So, before the anti gun people start yelling "Ban all guns and ammunition." they need to look at the drunk drivers and KNIFE wielding people that kill and maim people. Although I do believe a person should have to take and pass a psychological test to be able to buy a firearm.

What I am primarily getting at is people are quick to blame the guns and high capacity magazines for killing people. We tend to forget that in order for a gun to be fired, a person has to load it, put a shell in the chamber and pull the trigger. A gun can't do that. Like if a person owns a colt python 357 magnum (Which only holds six bullets), and uses it to say rob a seven eleven and kills the clerk, it's not the colt python's fault. Not is it Remington's fault just because they made the 357 magnum ammunition used in the crime. The one who is at fault is the person who used the colt python and the Remington 357 magnum ammunition Not Colt for making the python revolver and definitely not Remington for making the ammunition. I guess it's easier to blame the gun manufacturers and ammunition manufacturers, than it is to blame the person who committed the crime. Do the gun and ammunition manufacturers have to put warnings on the box that the firearm or ammunition is packaged in like do not use this gun or these bullets in a crime because if you do, you will give honest gun owners and hunters a bad name?
