Walking Backwards
One hand washes both sometimes
when one is out of commission.
Sometimes the heart takes over
when the head is in trouble.
The complex takes a back seat
when minimalism succeeds.
Stress crushes the entire column
when relief is all gone.
Just so, the emotions roll over
when psyche is squared away.
