~Words~

My words flow from my mind
Onto paper like never before.
Thoughts about things 
Just seem to pour.

It's as if my heart 
Has to be hurt first, 
In order to become versed.

Struggling to understand
Why it is this way.
It seems my thoughts 
Are a little grey. 
 
I need to find 
A place in my mind 
To lock away these 
Words that bind. 

I long to be able
To write from the heart 
Not just when I'm down
And feel in the dark.
