Do You Hear The Laughter?

You ripped out my heart
Spat on it, and gave it back to me beaten and bruised
I loved you, but all you brought me was a heart full of pain
You wanted to keep things a secret… but I’m just not that kind of girl
Were you really that heartless, to try and hide me from your friends?
My love has faded
My hate runs deep
but times have changed sweetie
I want you to hurt
To hurt like I was hurting
To be hurt by someone you love
I want you to know what it feels like to have your heart broken
To want to end it all
I want you to cry yourself to sleep
I want you to think about what you’ve put me through
Think about how I stuck around while you and your brother abused me
I’m no longer that love struck little girl that did whatever you wanted
That catered to your every whim
I refuse to let you be happy
I will make you hurt
I want you to cry and not know why
I want you to cry over me
I want you to know what you’ve lost
I want you to feel what I felt
You will hurt, I’ll make sure of that
Who do you think you are, running around leaving scars?
I know you will find another girl one day and I hope you love her like I loved you
Then for no reason she tears you heart out
You laughed when I cried
Know it’s my turn to laugh at you
