Day By Day

Day by day,
I hear his voice.
Its in my head.
I know he still loves me,
But something,
Has torn us apart.
Oh how I wish could hug him,
Once again.

Day by day.
I slowly lose myself.
I go into the darkness.
Its a process,
In which I can not reverse on my own.
I need his help.
His loving embrace.
It shall set me free.

Day by day.
I grow to want him more.
But why is it that,
Me and him aren't together.
Its killing me.
Who's sick joke is this?
Why would they do this?
Its just so cruel.

Day by day.
I know one day,
I will get him back.
One day,
I will find out who did this.
They will pay.
I love him.
But they can't see that.
