UPBEAT INSPIRATIONAL POEM

Falling Into My Lap
It's funny how life can work sometimes.
One day you are sitting there alone
Then the next someone that has been a long time friend comes up and tells you that he likes you
Turning 18 is certainly part of that
The biggest problem why he never said anything was cause of age
You know a 4 year age gap
Then there was the bit of my cousin totally making a situation totally different than how it actually was.
He was always scared to say anything cause of that
Of course I had to ask my brother if everything would be okay if me and him dated
Didn't wanna destroy...

Fragments of Time
I travel through all the memories I have.
I see why K looked at me funny.
I was wearing his necklace.
Listening to Breaking Benjamin
Helps me get out of my rut.
Anthem of the Angels
A song that tears D up cause he misses her
A song that makes T want to go back and say sorry to his mother.
I shall dance with the devil tonight.
I shall be the unknown solider that T never sees in the wastelands.
The one that saves him when Lighter can't make it.
I wish V could show me the way out of this rut.
Hoping for that letter from C saying he can go....

MISCELLANEOUS POEM

Getting Hard...
I start to know that people really don't understand me.
They say they do, but they don't.
Relieving stress lately is getting hard.
It's causing my cycle to off.
Looking for that one isn't going that well.
The scare of something I don't want yet.
Life of a teenager in high school?
Must be.
I'm only 18.
Thought life would be easy.
Ha, boy was I wrong.
I'm a junior in high school.
Ready for college a year early.
Smoked weed recently.
All my stress...gone.
For only a few sadly.
I'll get there I guess.

You & Me
Walking in the valley of unknown
I began to wonder why I was there
Everything was different, not the way it use to be
Things were changing, I knew that would happen
I just didn’t think things would end up the way they did
I laid down in the field of flowers, closed my eyes
Starting to think about my life up to this point
Why was everything so gloomy?
It didn’t make sense to me
When I opened my eyes,
I was no longer in the valley of unknown
His face was looking at me, smiling
A smile I had never seen before
I was there laying in his arms...

Good Times Are On Their Way
I have a feeling whenever I am with him.
It seems so familiar, but then it doesn't.
It feels like I am finally feeling what I am suppose to.
I think he is too.
This relationship is far different than my previous ones.
We don't care about age.
We only care that we can be together.
I am finally smiling again.
I see a smile back his face too.
Haven't seen it in a long time.
Finally doing something right.
It seems so familiar, but then it doesn't.
It feels like I am finally feeling what I am suppose to.
I think he is too.

How Did This Happen?
We broke our brother/sister bond.
I never thought that would happen.
But now we are getting closer than I thought.
You are troubled, hurt, and in lots of pain,
But I know you will make it through this rough patch you have.
Every time I spend time with you,
I start to like you more and more.
I can feel that you are starting to feel the same.

Missing You
You're talking to me again.
Had to wait another year though.
Last night was amazing.
We finally was able to say
How we feel about each other.
But today,
I'm sitting here....
Waiting for you to get on.
You said last night,
That the feeling you felt is
Unconditional
I feel the same way.
I missed talking to you.
Our deep conversations.
They mean a lot to me,
And to know that you remember
All of our conversations from almost 2 or 3 years ago,
Makes me feel special.
Had to wait another year though.

I smile,
Knowing that he is thinking of me.
He is a nice guy
That loves a lot of the same things as me.
Video games.

Wishing For A Miracle
My life has gone down the drain.
I am just wishing that
Maybe everything will turn back around.
So far this has been the worse summer ever.
Crying over her.
Holding her sweater in my hands
Makes me cry the hardest I have ever cried.
I dont know what to do now.
I guess I could be
Wishing for a miracle.
I would hope it would help me.
I only have one more thing to try.
But i dont know if that will help me.
I am just wishing that
