One second it was perfect
Now your running out the door
Ive been crying all day and night for you
I don't understand
If I made you mad, I'm sorry
Just please come home
Me and Momma need you
We cant make it without you
Ive given up hope for you coming back
It's been 5 years no calls no letters
I just found you on Facebook
with pictures of your new family
Why did you do this dad?
Was I mistake?
I guess I don't matter to you anymore

ouch. i feel this one. very raw, no reservations or cheap words, very decisive. im sorry for this poem's inspiration, but the work itself is wonderful.

Well, I changed it up a little bit but i'm okay. As long as I have my mom. I was in the moment of anger at him. So, I wanted to write it and I felt comfortable enough to share it. Thank you for your feedback. :)
