Music Box

A chime lights up a dim little room
A music box sits on a shelf dusty and open
Covered in gold and black
Opened and singing
Playing its beautiful and soft tune
It slows
Ending its luliby
Then it slowly closes
And lets the room go back to silence
It lets the room go to sleep
It rests on the shelf and it starts to sleep
Covering itself in a warm blanket of dust
Goddnight little music box
