Don't test your strength against the sea, strong currents will hold you in tender arms and rock you to sleep
It won't mean a thing to the me, don't give your heart to the sea, the warmth in your eyes won't mean a thing to me
In the deeps of the sea you'll turn cold for good. Don't let your love drift out to sea, it will always be free.
Close your eyes in its cold embrace and you will see

I like how this is addressed in the second person, and is a somewhat abstract caution.
"In the deeps of the sea"
I would suggest changing that to "in the depths", JMHO.
