A New Beginning
Another life gone,
Another skin shed,
Another page turned
- a chapter ends.
The facade has crumbled,
Revelation revealed by
Synchronicity lifting the veil.
One-part Fountainhead of wisdom,
One-part Serene poem,
One-part insightful discussion,
Many parts contemplation.
Unrelated pieces coming together
In a flash of realization
- You can't fix the world
until you fix yourself.

Thank you very much. All one has to do is quiet the mind to see how everything is synchronous.

Thank you for reading and commenting, but I'm slightly perplexed. Would you mind explaining?

I think Mo57 just put a personal spin on it, CJ... pared it down a bit and changed that last line. It's a fair interpretation but..
I like the original version you've posted. Food for thought because wisdom lies here. Nicely done.

Yeah, that's what I figured. Thank you very much for your thoughts and reading. I'm glad you liked it. I've gone through a lot of mental change over the past few years, so this is one of my personal ones that helped me realize a particular hurdle.

What a wonderful pearl of wise words.
All things connect in unity, we are all pieces in a giant puzzle

Thank you very much. the more I look around, the more I see the connection between us and nature. And with this, I realize (whether visible or not)that my actions affect everything at some point and some time.

Thank you very much. It took a long while of introspection to see this. Reading and writing helps a great deal.

An excellent write ... How true it is that you cannot change the world or anyone else ... you can only change yourself. If all peoples changed to see that we are all related as brothers and sisters and started to love each other as a world family ... the golden age would soon be upon us.

Thank you very much for reading. And yes, we must change our way of looking at ourselves and our relationships, and this is how we can change the world.
